About Angelica

I believe that true human connection is one of the biggest challenges (and opportunities) facing organizations around the world. I care about engaging with people to create meaningful connection and to help them evolve and achieve growth for designing a good life for themselves and for others.

Along with my Altus team, I share a vision to impact leaders and organizations through excellence, ambition and care. We are “growth partners” with our clients, opening new possibilities to play a bigger game in human evolution, consciousness and global connection.

One of my unique contributions is guiding clients towards lightness and ease while addressing challenging conversations or scenarios. I listen closely and help clients identify and navigate blind spots and the complexity of organizational interactions. I’m strategic and connect business goals to people’s care to produce outcomes of value and results that are relevant to the client, team and organization.

I work with individual CEO’s, executives and their teams to align meaning with responsibility and empowerment in a way that leaders can create new value and make bigger promises. Leaders and their teams become more committed and accountable to achieving greater satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Clients include Novartis Pharmaceutical, Sanofi-Aventis, Nestlé, Zurich, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Isdin Laboratories, Natura Bissé, Ubisoft, Esteve Laboratories, CSL Behring, Bacardi, Médicos sin Fronteras and Fira de Barcelona. I leverage 17 years as a consultant of Publicity, Integral Communication and Marketing in Latin America and Spain to inform my coaching and consulting work.

I’ve lived half my life in Peru and half in Spain, and remain connected to both countries, offering me a sense of freedom, opening my mind and soul to exploration as a way of living. I share my life with my family, partner and adult son who is listening to his heart and following his passion for music.
I have a BA in Communication Science from the University of Lima, in Publicity and Corporate Communication and a Graduate Degree in Marketing Consumer Goods and Services. I hold coaching certifications from Newfield Network and am a Master Trainer for The Institute for Generative Leadership. I’m the co- author of “OBJETIVO: CONFIANZA” – Conecta Ed. Random House.
