We guide women to step more boldly and powerfully into fulfilling their leadership potentials. Women are guided to create a clear vision of themselves as leaders and learn the skills to better navigate challenges, setbacks and opportunities. They learn to recognize the often hidden systemic and cultural influences impacting their ability to leverage their talents and create impactful results. Women learn a new understanding of power and are equipped to take actions around what matters most.
There is great momentum to advance more women into leadership positions at all levels within organizations and government. Research shows that gender diversity is good for business, for families and for the world. Diversity in thinking and problem solving leads to better outcomes, healthier bottom lines, stronger recruiting and retention, and higher levels of engagement.
Altus’s offers an in-house program for women leaders and high-potentials who want to grow their capabilities and capacities to move more powerfully in their professional and personal lives and create results that matter. Both transformational AND practical in design, participants of the program examine their internal barriers, as well as the external, systemic, and cultural barriers, that prevent them from fully maximizing their impact and influence in the organization. Participants learn and practice the skills and competencies necessary to generate greater results without sacrificing well-being.
THE FACULTY: The program is delivered by our outstanding women faculty who come from various industries and professions (including healthcare, consulting, finance, tech, government, academia and not-for-profit). Combining their business experience with Altus’ innovative change processes, a transformational learning approach, and deep care for advancing all women, they help women leaders and high potentials improve the results they get without sacrificing well-being.
