About Bruce

I care about helping leaders identify and achieve their most important goals. I help them lead with authenticity and collaborate with excellence, transform their organizations and make a huge impact in the world.

My unique contribution is an uncommon ability to enable leaders to look at themselves in a new way, see a path to a more satisfying and rewarding future and take the actions needed to make it happen. I am a very good listener. I am able to build trust with leaders, respectfully challenge their views and coach them to improve their future and the future of their organizations.

I’ve worked with over 120 CEOs and their teams to help them understand how to generate full buy-in and build specific and measurable outcomes. These businesses have been able to improve revenue growth, increase retention of staff, and achieve results more quickly and effectively.

Clients include: CEO’s, business owners, managing partners, client developers and their teams in Global Fortune 500 companies, private equity, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, not for profit and start-ups.

Formerly, I was Principal and the Global Practice Leader in Towers Watson’s Leadership Performance Practice. At Hewitt Associates, I held P/L responsibility for the firm’s Talent and Organization Change and led the Executive Compensation businesses. I was Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing with CBRE (Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis).

I hold a B.S. in Speech Communications and multiple professional certifications including: certified Ontological Coach. ICF (PCC), Marshall Goldsmith, Newfield Network and The Institute for Generative Leadership. I have completed extensive graduate coursework in the philosophy of language, generative leadership, biology, psychology, physiology and somatics.

I enjoy cycling, boating, scuba diving, meditation and spending time with my two adult daughters who live in California and Chicago. I’m an avid reader of at least one book per week. I’m deeply immersed in the study of what it means to be a human being and how people learn to live a “good life”.
